A.1 Purpose and scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") is Schedule A to the AMAI Terms of Service (the "Terms"). It applies to the Customer, its Authorised Users, the holders of its Working Accounts and anyone else who uses the Service through the Customer's Account ("you"). It protects Partners, other customers, AMAI and the platforms the Service connects to. Examples are illustrative, not exhaustive. Capitalised terms have the meanings given in the Terms.

A.2 Messaging and outreach

You must not use the Service to:

  1. send spam, chain messages or unsolicited bulk messages;
  2. send direct-marketing messages to natural persons without their prior consent where Data Protection Laws require consent, or send messages whose purpose is to ask for such consent where that is prohibited;
  3. contact a person who has opted out, objected, blocked you, reported you or is on a suppression list;
  4. use contact details collected from public sources for direct marketing where Applicable Law does not allow it;
  5. mass-add people to groups or channels, or invite them to a Deal Room without their own action;
  6. exceed Plan limits, or circumvent daily limits, pauses, the emergency stop or other safety controls, including by scripts, bots or macros outside the Service;
  7. set Policy Settings that instruct the AI assistant to state commercial terms you have not approved, to make misleading claims or to contact people you may not lawfully contact; or
  8. hide or misrepresent your identity or the identity of the operator you promote, or impersonate any person or business.

A.3 Accounts

You must not:

  1. operate or connect pools of Telegram accounts, or accounts that were bought, rented, borrowed, farmed, created in bulk or obtained from account vendors;
  2. create or connect accounts, or rotate between accounts, to evade a restriction, freeze or ban imposed by a Third-Party Platform or to continue contacting recipients who have not agreed to be contacted;
  3. connect a Telegram account without its holder's knowledge and agreement;
  4. share Seats or log-in credentials; or
  5. use the Service through virtual or temporary phone numbers obtained to circumvent platform rules.

A.4 Data

You must not:

  1. scrape, harvest or collect data from Telegram or any other platform in breach of Applicable Law or the platform's terms, or upload data obtained in that way;
  2. upload prohibited data under clause 8.3 of the Terms, including player-level gaming data;
  3. use the Service or any data obtained through it to build datasets for training, fine-tuning or developing AI or machine-learning models;
  4. bulk-export, copy, resell or publish Catalog Data, or reverse engineer the Partner Catalog; or
  5. process personal data without a lawful basis or without the notices required by Data Protection Laws.

A.5 Gambling and advertising

You must not use the Service to:

  1. promote any gambling operator, brand or product that is not licensed in the jurisdiction where it is promoted or offered;
  2. promote gambling in, or target, any jurisdiction where gambling advertising or affiliate marketing is prohibited or restricted in a way your activity does not meet;
  3. target minors, persons below the legal gambling age, self-excluded persons (including persons registered with national self-exclusion schemes) or vulnerable persons, or ask Partners to do so;
  4. make misleading claims, including "guaranteed winnings", "risk-free" or similar statements, undisclosed or misleading bonus and wagering terms, fake reviews or false statements about licences;
  5. encourage Partners to use unlawful or deceptive traffic sources, such as spam, cloaking, fake apps, misleading creatives or brand-bidding where prohibited;
  6. communicate with players or advertise gambling directly to consumers: the Service is for business communications between affiliate programmes and Partners only; or
  7. mislead Partners about commission terms, payment conditions or the identity of the operator.

A.6 Sanctions, fraud and financial crime

You must not use the Service:

  1. for, with or for the benefit of any person or territory described in clause 2.7 of the Terms;

A.11 Enforcement and reporting

AMAI may investigate suspected breaches of this AUP, remove content, apply limits, suspend or terminate the Service under clauses 19 and 23 of the Terms, cooperate with Third-Party Platforms and competent authorities, and report suspected crimes. Anyone can report abuse or illegal content to amai@amai.team with the subject "Abuse report". How reports are handled is described in clause 13 of the Terms and on the Disclosures page.
