Partner Hub Terms of Use

AffiliateManagersAI Ltd is being incorporated in Cyprus. Until incorporation and opening of its bank account AMAI does not take any payments.

This document is written in English. The English version is the binding version.

1. Who we are and who you deal with

1.1 The Partner Hub (the "Hub") is a Telegram Mini App operated by AffiliateManagersAI Ltd, a private company being incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus, trading as AMAI, Limassol, Cyprus, email amai@amai.team ("AMAI", "we"). Its registration number and registered office will be added on incorporation.

1.2 Each Deal Room (partner room) in the Hub is opened by a business that runs an affiliate programme and uses AMAI (the "Programme Owner"). Your commercial relationship (offers, commissions, payouts, registration in the programme) is with the Programme Owner, not with AMAI. AMAI provides the software.

1.3 You may use the Hub only for business purposes as an affiliate, webmaster, media buyer or their representative, and only if you are at least 18 years old.

1.4 The Hub is free of charge for partners. AMAI does not charge partners any fee or commission.

1.5 These Terms of Use apply whenever you use the Hub. Where the Hub asks you to accept them, we record the version and the date of your acceptance.

2. Consent and your choices

2.1 You enter a Deal Room only by your own choice, through a personal link. You can leave a Deal Room or withdraw your consent at any time in the Hub settings.

2.2 Some replies in a Deal Room may be written by an AI assistant on behalf of the Programme Owner. The Hub tells you about this before the AI assistant can work in your room.

2.3 AI processing of your Deal Room messages takes place only after your separate consent to the service, which you can withdraw at any time without losing access to the Programme Owner's team. Your consent covers the Programme Owner and the programmes named on the consent screen; it never covers other businesses. It gives no access to your Telegram messages outside the Hub, and your data is not used to train AI models. If you withdraw consent, your rooms with that Programme Owner return to handling by its team. If you want a reply from a person, say so in the room.

3. Offers and acceptance

3.1 Commercial offers in a Deal Room are made by the Programme Owner. An offer becomes accepted only when you, as the authenticated partner of that room, press the acceptance button on the exact current version of the offer. Chat text, a manager, AMAI staff or an AI assistant cannot accept on your behalf.

3.2 The Hub records offers, versions and acceptances as a log of what was agreed in the Hub. Payment of commissions, payouts and their tracking are handled by the Programme Owner and its tracking platform, not by AMAI.

3.3 AMAI does not guarantee any income, traffic result or payout.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

1. use the Hub to promote gambling services that are not licensed for the market you target, or to target minors, self-excluded persons or markets where such promotion is prohibited;
2. send spam, malware, phishing, misleading or unlawful content, or content infringing third-party rights;
3. impersonate another person or misrepresent your traffic, sources or results;
4. scrape, copy or automate the Hub, or use it to collect data about other users; or
5. use the Hub if you, or a business you act for, are subject to sanctions, or are established in a country under comprehensive sanctions.

We may restrict or suspend access to a Deal Room or the Hub to stop a breach, protect other users, or comply with law or Telegram's rules.

5. Reporting unlawful content (Digital Services Act)

5.1 You can report content you consider unlawful by email to amai@amai.team (subject: Abuse report). Please include the location (room, message or file), why you consider it unlawful, and your contact details.

5.2 We review reports diligently. If we restrict content or an account, we give the affected user a statement of reasons, unless the law prevents it.

5.3 Single point of contact for authorities and users: amai@amai.team. Authorities may write in English or Greek; users may write in English or Russian. More information is on the Disclosures page.

6. Privacy

6.1 How we and the Programme Owner process your data is described in the Partner Hub Privacy Policy. In short: the Programme Owner is responsible for your data in its Deal Room and AMAI processes it on its behalf. AMAI is responsible for the Hub's security and technical logs.

6.2 Telegram is a separate service with its own terms and privacy policy. AMAI does not control Telegram.

7. Availability and liability

7.1 The Hub is provided "as is". We aim for it to be available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Telegram may change or limit Mini Apps at any time.

7.2 To the extent permitted by law, AMAI is not liable for:

• the Programme Owner's offers, payments or decisions;
• loss of profit or business; or
• indirect loss.

Nothing limits liability for intent, gross negligence, fraud, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

7.3 No payments are made inside the Hub. If digital goods or services are ever sold inside the Mini App, they will be paid only in Telegram Stars, as Telegram's rules require.

8. Changes, law and language

8.1 We may update these Terms of Use. We will show material changes in the Hub before they apply.

8.2 These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The competent courts of the Republic of Cyprus have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have under the law of your country.
