Кратко на русском

1. Who this notice is for

1.1 This notice is for affiliates, webmasters, media buyers, agencies and their contact persons ("you") who:

1.2 It gives the information required by Article 14 of the GDPR (personal data not obtained from you) as far as it concerns AMAI, and explains how to stop contact. The business that contacted you must give you its own information as well (section 4).

2. What AMAI is

2.1 AMAI is a software service operated by AffiliateManagersAI Ltd, a private company being incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus (Limassol, Cyprus). Its registration number and registered office will be added on incorporation. Contact: amai@amai.team.

2.2 Affiliate programmes and affiliate teams use AMAI to find business partners, prepare and send messages from their own Telegram accounts, reply to partner questions within their own rules and manage partnerships. The business that contacts you decides whether, why and how to contact you. AMAI works only on the business side of affiliate marketing: it never contacts players and does not handle bets or player payments.

3. Who is responsible for your data

3.1 The Customer that contacted you is the controller of the data it uses to contact you and to manage any partnership with you. AMAI processes that data on the Customer's behalf, as its processor, under a data processing agreement (DPA).

3.2 AMAI is the controller only for its own limited purposes: keeping the Service secure, handling requests that you send to AMAI (including requests not to be contacted by any Customer, section 6.3), and handling reports of illegal content. This is described in our Privacy Policy and, for the Partner Hub, in the Partner Hub Privacy Policy.

4. What the Customer must tell you

4.1 The Customer must tell you, at the latest in its first message, who it is and how to reach it, and give you its own privacy information, including:

4.2 Where the law requires your prior consent for marketing messages, the Customer may contact you only with that consent. A notice like this one does not replace that consent.

4.3 If you do not know which business contacted you, write to amai@amai.team with the Telegram username or account that wrote to you. We will tell you which Customer it was, where we may, or forward your request to it.

5. How AMAI software is used in the contact

5.1 Messages. Messages are sent from the Customer's own Telegram accounts, within daily limits. The Customer sets the rules for automation, and approval of the first message to each new partner by a member of the Customer's team is switched on by default.

5.2 AI. The first message may have been drafted with AI. If you join the Customer's room in the AMAI Partner Hub, replies there may be written by an AI assistant on behalf of the Customer, but only after you have given your consent to the service, which you can withdraw at any time. Your data is not used to train AI models.

5.3 No decisions with legal effects. AMAI does not take decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means.

6. How to stop contact

6.1 Reply to the message. Reply that you do not want to be contacted (for example "do not contact me", "stop messaging" or "не пишите"). The Service recognises common opt-out replies and records them as an opt-out for that Customer across all its managers and programmes. The Customer must also act on opt-outs that the software does not recognise.

6.2 In the Partner Hub. If you use the Partner Hub, you can choose a 14-day pause ("Contact later") or stop contact by that Customer with no expiry ("Do not contact me"). Only you can reverse a stop, by opting in again in the Partner Hub.

6.3 Write to AMAI. Write to amai@amai.team (subject: Privacy) with your Telegram username or user ID and say whether you want to stop contact by one Customer or by every business that uses AMAI. We apply a request to stop contact by every business manually for all Customers, without undue delay and in any case within one month, and confirm to you when it is done.

6.4 What we keep. To make your opt-out work, we keep a minimal record: the identifier you gave us (for example your Telegram username or user ID), the scope of your request and its date. We use this record only to honour your request and keep it for as long as needed for that purpose.

7. Your rights

7.1 You can:

7.2 Requests about a Customer's processing: write to that Customer or to amai@amai.team. We forward such requests to the Customer within 5 business days and help it respond within one month. Requests about AMAI's own processing: write to amai@amai.team; we answer within one month.

8. Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change and show the date of the last update at the top of the page.
